「TapScout」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、バレーボールのスカウティング・分析を目的とした iOS アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報の種類、利用目的、保管方法、第三者への提供等について定めるものです。
本アプリは、ユーザーが入力・記録した以下の情報を お使いの iOS 端末内のみ に保存します。
本アプリ自体は、以下の情報を 一切取得しません。
なお、無料プランで表示される広告については、広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）が独自に情報を取得する場合があります。詳細は「12. 広告について」をご参照ください。
取得した情報は、本アプリの機能（スカウティング、統計分析、コース可視化、動画同期再生、AIアナリストによるアドバイス生成等）を提供する目的でのみ利用されます。
すべてのデータは、ユーザーの iOS 端末内のローカルストレージ（SwiftData / Documents フォルダ） にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバー、クラウド、第三者サービスへの送信は行われません。
本アプリは、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます。
本アプリは、Apple の オンデバイス AI（FoundationModels フレームワーク）を用いて、試合データから改善アドバイスを生成する機能を提供します。AI 処理はすべて お使いの端末内で完結 し、入力データが Apple や当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
ユーザーは、本アプリ内の操作（試合・チーム・選手の削除）または iOS の設定からアプリ自体を削除することで、保存されているすべてのデータをいつでも完全に削除できます。
本アプリは中学生・高校生のクラブ活動での利用を想定して設計されています。13 歳未満のお子様が利用される場合は、保護者の方の管理・同意のもとでご利用ください。本アプリはお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新通知またはサポートページにてお知らせします。

本アプリの無料プランでは、画面下部に Google AdMob（Google LLC 提供）のバナー広告を表示します。AdMob は以下の情報を取得・処理することがあります。
本アプリでは、家族向けレーティング（最大「G」）に制限し、ギャンブル・出会い系等のカテゴリは AdMob 管理画面で除外しています。広告の利用にあたっては、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
「広告非表示プラン」「プロプラン」をご購入いただくと、広告は一切表示されなくなり、AdMob SDK の初期化自体が行われません。
iOS 14.5 以降では、初回起動時にトラッキング許可のダイアログを表示します。「許可しない」を選択された場合でも、本アプリの全機能はそのままご利用いただけます。許可いただいた場合のみ、より関連性の高い広告が表示される可能性があります。
サブスクリプション（広告非表示プラン / プロプラン）は Apple の App Store を通じて提供されます。お支払い情報・課金処理はすべて Apple によって行われ、本アプリの開発者が決済情報やクレジットカード番号を取得することはありません。本アプリは Apple から受け取る購入結果（プロダクトID・購入日時・有効期限）のみを参照し、機能のアンロック判定に使用します。
サブスクリプションはファミリー共有に対応しています。家族グループ内で共有された場合の購入情報の扱いについては、Apple のポリシーが適用されます。

The information collected is used solely to provide the App's features (scouting, statistical analysis, course visualization, video sync playback, AI Analyst advice generation, etc.).
All data is stored exclusively in the local storage of the user's iOS device (SwiftData / Documents folder). No data is transmitted to our servers, cloud, or any third-party services.
The App does not disclose user information to third parties, except in the following cases:
The App uses Apple's on-device AI (FoundationModels framework) to generate improvement advice from match data. All AI processing is completed entirely on the user's device, and no input data is transmitted to Apple or our servers.
Users may permanently delete all stored data at any time by either deleting matches, teams, or players within the App, or by uninstalling the App via iOS settings.
The App is designed for use in junior and senior high school club activities. If used by children under 13, parental supervision and consent are required. The App does not collect personal information from children.
This Policy may be revised as necessary. We will notify users of significant changes via app update notes or the support page.

When using the free plan, the App displays banner advertisements at the bottom of the screen via Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process the following:
The App restricts advertisements to a family-friendly rating (maximum "G") and excludes categories such as gambling and dating via the AdMob admin console. Google's privacy policy applies to the use of advertisements.
Purchasing the "Ad-Free Plan" or "Pro Plan" will completely disable ads, and the AdMob SDK itself will not be initialized.
On iOS 14.5 and later, a tracking permission dialog is shown at first launch. Selecting "Do Not Allow" does not disable any feature of the App. Granting permission only allows more relevant ads to be displayed.
Subscriptions (Ad-Free Plan / Pro Plan) are offered through the Apple App Store. Payment information and billing are handled entirely by Apple; the developer of the App does not receive any payment information or credit card numbers. The App only references purchase results provided by Apple (product ID, purchase date, expiration date) to determine feature unlock status.
Subscriptions support Family Sharing. Apple's policies apply to the handling of shared purchase information within a family group.
