Volleyball Tactics Board+
Effective: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the iOS app “Volleyball Tactics Board+” (the “App”) provided by an individual developer (the “Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.
2. Your content
Boards and images you create with the App belong to you. They are stored only on your device, so please keep your own copies if needed. The Developer is not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, deletion of the App, or similar events.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App, except as permitted by law
- Interfering with the App’s advertising or purchase functions
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others
4. In-app purchases
The upgrade (unlimited boards, no ads, no watermark) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore a past purchase from Settings in the App.
5. Advertising
The free version displays third-party ads. The Developer is not responsible for the content of ads or for any dealings between you and advertisers.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer makes no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of the Developer’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes and termination
The Developer may change these Terms, or change or discontinue the App, at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.

利用規約
バレーボール作戦ボード+

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人の開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリ「バレーボール作戦ボード+」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。あわせて、Appleの標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。
第1条（使用許諾）
開発者は、お客様が所有または管理するApple製端末において、App Storeの規約に従い本アプリを個人的に利用するための、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
第2条（作成したデータ）
本アプリで作成した作戦ボードや画像の権利はお客様に帰属します。データはお客様の端末内にのみ保存されるため、必要に応じてご自身で保管してください。端末の故障、本アプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません。
第3条（禁止事項）
- 法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリを解析、改変、再配布する行為
- 本アプリの広告や課金の仕組みを妨げる行為
- 法令に違反する目的での利用、または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
第4条（アプリ内課金）
アップグレード（保存無制限・広告なし・透かしなし）は、Appleが処理する買い切り型（非消耗型）の購入です。返金はAppleの規定に従ってAppleが対応します。過去の購入は、本アプリの設定画面から復元できます。
第5条（広告）
無料版では第三者の広告を表示します。広告の内容、およびお客様と広告主との間の取引について、開発者は責任を負いません。
第6条（免責）
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。法令で認められる範囲において、開発者は本アプリに不具合がないこと、中断なく利用できることを保証せず、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
第7条（変更・終了）
開発者は、本規約の変更、本アプリの内容の変更または提供の終了を、いつでも行うことができます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載し、掲載後に本アプリを利用した時点で、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
