Volleyball Tactics Board+

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app “Volleyball Tactics Board+” (the “App”) handles information. The App is provided by an individual developer (the “Developer”).
1. Information the Developer collects
The App does not require an account and the Developer does not collect, store or receive your personal information on any server. The boards you create (piece positions, lines, titles and thumbnails) are saved only on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and ad interaction data.
- On first launch, the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent tool where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK).
- The App then asks for permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Ads are not shown after you purchase the in-app upgrade.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not receive your payment information. The App only checks with Apple whether the upgrade has been purchased.
4. Sharing images
When you share a board, the App creates an image on your device and opens the iOS share sheet. The image is sent only to the destination you choose.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
6. Changes to this policy
The Developer may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「バレーボール作戦ボード+」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは個人の開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供しています。
1. 開発者が取得する情報
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、開発者がお客様の個人情報をサーバー等で取得・保存・受信することはありません。作成した作戦ボード（コマの位置、線、タイトル、サムネイル）はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
2. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリの無料版では、Google AdMobによる広告を表示します。広告の配信と効果測定のため、Googleが広告識別子（IDFA）、IPアドレス、おおよその位置情報、端末・アプリの情報、広告の表示やタップに関する情報などを取得する場合があります。
- 初回起動時、法令上必要な地域（欧州経済領域・英国など）では、Googleの同意管理ツールで同意を確認します。
- 続いて、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（トラッキングの許可）を確認します。許可しない場合も広告は表示されますが、IDFAを使ったパーソナライズは行われません。設定は「設定」アプリ＞プライバシーとセキュリティ＞トラッキング からいつでも変更できます。

アプリ内課金でアップグレードを購入した後は、広告は表示されません。
3. アプリ内課金
購入はApp Storeを通じてAppleが処理します。開発者がお客様の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、アップグレードが購入済みかどうかをAppleに確認するのみです。
4. 画像の共有
作戦ボードを共有すると、端末内で画像を作成し、iOSの共有シートを開きます。画像はお客様が選んだ共有先にのみ送られます。
5. 子どもの情報
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたものではなく、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
開発者は本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、新しい制定日とともに本ページに掲載します。
