本プライバシーポリシーは、Lagme（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリはスポーツやダンスのフォーム確認のための遅延再生カメラアプリです。

1. 基本方針

本アプリで撮影・録画した映像および音声は、原則として利用者の端末内で処理・保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信・保管されることはありません。本アプリは利用者のアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を開発者が収集することはありません。

2. 端末の機能・データへのアクセス

カメラ: 遅延再生および録画のために使用します。映像は端末内で処理され、外部へ送信されません。
マイク: 動画に音声を収録するために使用します（任意）。音声は端末内で処理されます。
写真ライブラリ: 保存した動画を写真アプリ（「LagMe」アルバム）へ書き出すために使用します。保存先は利用者の端末のみです。
ローカルネットワーク（Wi-Fi/Bluetooth）: ワイヤレス連携機能で、近くにある2台の端末を直接（ピアツーピアで）接続し、撮影映像を送受信するために使用します。通信は端末間で直接行われ、開発者のサーバーを経由・保存しません。

3. 広告について

本アプリは、Google AdMob による広告を表示します（有料の「広告非表示」を購入した場合を除く）。広告配信のため、Google およびそのパートナーが、広告識別子（IDFA）、端末情報、おおよその位置、広告の表示・操作履歴などの情報を取得・利用する場合があります。これらは第三者である Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。

4. トラッキングの許可（ATT）と同意管理

iOS では、広告識別子（IDFA）を用いたトラッキングを行う前に、App Tracking Transparency の許可ダイアログを表示します。利用者はこれを拒否でき、拒否した場合でも広告は表示されますが、関連性が下がることがあります。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国などの対象地域では、Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）を通じて広告に関する同意を取得します。同意はアプリ内の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。

5. 課金について

本アプリの「広告非表示」は Apple の App 内課金（StoreKit）で提供されます。決済処理は Apple が行い、開発者がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得することはありません。

6. データの保存と削除

撮影・保存した動画は利用者の端末（写真ライブラリ）にのみ保存されます。これらは写真アプリから利用者自身がいつでも削除できます。開発者側にデータは保管されません。

7. お子様の利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計・提供するものではありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Lagme (the “App”), a delayed-playback camera app for checking sports and dance form.

1. Overview

Video and audio captured in the App are processed and stored on the user’s device and are not transmitted to or stored on the developer’s servers. The App does not require account registration, and the developer does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

2. Device Access

Camera: Used for delayed playback and recording. Video is processed on-device.
Microphone: Used to record audio in videos (optional), processed on-device.
Photo Library: Used to export saved videos to the Photos app (the “LagMe” album) on your device only.
Local Network (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth): Used by the wireless feature to connect two nearby devices peer-to-peer and stream video directly between them, without going through the developer’s servers.

3. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob (unless the “Remove Ads” purchase is made). Google and its partners may collect and use information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, approximate location, and ad interaction history, handled under Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. App Tracking Transparency & Consent

On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency permission before using the IDFA for tracking. You may decline; ads will still be shown but may be less relevant. In the EEA, UK, and other applicable regions, consent is collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) and can be changed anytime via “Ad Privacy Settings” in the App.

5. Purchases

The “Remove Ads” purchase is provided through Apple’s In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Payment is processed by Apple; the developer does not receive your payment details.

6. Data Storage & Deletion

Saved videos are stored only in your device’s Photo Library and can be deleted by you at any time from the Photos app. No data is retained by the developer.

7. Children

The App is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13.

8. Changes

This Policy may be updated as laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
